The day before an important deadline/presentation, do an “appreciation circle” where everyone takes turns appreciating their classmates. Some examples can be the things that they liked while working with them, or things they learned from them.

Implementation

What’s something you’re proud of about your team, or how a problem was resolved.
The appreciation can also be to other members of the class.
